What we collect

The answers you give in the comparison form (household type, ZIP code, age range, work status and coverage priority), your first name, email address and phone number, the language you used, the consent wording you agreed to, the time you agreed, and basic technical data such as the page URL.

How we use it

To generate your personalized comparison, to email your results, and — only where you gave express written consent — to connect you with licensed insurance brokers and carriers who can quote your situation. We do not sell your information to unrelated advertisers.

Your consent and TCPA

The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. Consent to be contacted by phone or text, including through automated technology, is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling a caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or emailing us.

Security and retention

Submissions travel over 256-bit TLS encryption and are stored in an access-controlled database that is not readable from the public website. We keep lead records only as long as needed for the service and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@healthquotesai.com. Residents of certain states have additional rights under state privacy laws, which we honor.
