What we are

HealthQuotes AI is a free comparison and matching service. We are not an insurance company, we do not sell policies, and we do not provide medical, legal or tax advice. Any plan you enroll in is a contract between you and the insurer or licensed agent.

AI-generated guidance

Amy's explanations are generated with artificial intelligence and describe general plan structures. They are educational, may contain errors, and are not a quote, an offer of coverage, or a guarantee of price, eligibility or availability.

How we are paid

The service is free to you. We may receive compensation from licensed brokers and carriers when we refer a consumer. This does not change what you pay and we present options neutrally.

Eligibility and age

The service is intended for United States residents aged 18 or over. Do not submit information about another person unless you are authorised to act for them. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only your own contact details or details you are authorized to provide, and not to misuse the service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorisation;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content, or bypass rate limits;
• use automated systems to submit forms, or attempt to interfere with the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or republish our content or tools;
• use the service to send unsolicited marketing, or in breach of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM or state telemarketing law;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.

Consent to contact

When you tick the consent box and submit the form, you agree that HealthQuotes AI and the licensed partners we match you with may contact you at the number and email you provide, including by automated means and by SMS, about health coverage options. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or contacting us.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax or insurance advice, and no reading of it creates a professional relationship. Enrollment rules, subsidy amounts and plan availability change; always confirm current figures with the official source or a licensed agent before acting. Content marked with a review date reflects our understanding at that date only.

Third-party links and partners

We link to government resources and may refer you to licensed brokers, agents and carriers. We do not control those parties or their sites and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or privacy practices. Any dealing you have with them is between you and them.

Intellectual property

The HealthQuotes AI name, the Amy assistant, our written guides, comparison tables and seasonality research are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with a visible link back to the source page. Systematic copying, or use of our content to train commercial models without permission, is not permitted.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date below, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, including automated abuse or fraudulent submissions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthQuotes AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for coverage decisions you make. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HealthQuotes AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or information you submit about another person without their authorisation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which HealthQuotes AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections available to you under the law of your own state are unaffected.
